Notification dated 01.06.2016

The Central Government, constitutes the Benches of the National Company Law Tribunal and the jurisdiction over the area.

 

 

Notification dated 01.06.2016

01st day of June, matters or proceedings or cases pending before the Board of Company Law Administration (Company Law Board) shall stand transferred to the National Company Law Tribunal and it shall dispose of such matters or proceedings or cases in accordance with the provisions of the Companies Act, 2013 or the Companies Act, 1956.

 

Notification dated 18.05.2016

The Central Government, after obtaining the concurrence of the respective Chief Justices of the High Courts, designates Special Courts for the purposes of trial of offences Punishable under the Companies Act, 2013 with imprisonment of two years or more in terms of section 435 of the Companies Act, 2013.

 

Circular dated 16.05.2016

Corporate Social Responsibility activities under the provisions of Companies Act,2013 shall not contravene any other prevailing laws of the land including Cigarettes and Other Tobacco Products Act (COTPA),2003.

 

 

Circular dated 30.05.2016

MCA has decided to extend the period for which the one-time waiver of additional fees is applicable to all eforms which are due for filing by companies between 25.03.2016 to 30.06.2016 as well as to extend the last date for filing such documents and availing the benefit of waiver to 10.07.2016.

Extension of time limit, for filing of Form 11 of LLP in respect of Financial Year ending on 31.3.2016 up to 30.06.2016, without additional fees.

 

 

Notification dated 23.05.2016

In the Companies (Corporate Social Responsibility Policy) Rules,2014, in Rule 4, for sub-rule (2), lacked clarity. Hence sub- rule (2) of Rule 4 has been substituted.
