MCA wide notification dated 23/03/2016- Companies (Incorporation) second Amendment Rules,2016
Under the Companies (Incorporation) Rules,2014 the annexure for Form no INC 11 has been substituted with a new form.
MCA wide notification dated 29/03/2016 – Companies (Share Capital and Debentures) Second Amendment Rules, 2016.
Previously Rule 17(5) of Companies (Share Capital and Debentures) Second Amendment Rules, 2014 stated that the offer for buy-back shall remain open for a period of not less than 15 days and not exceeding 30 days from the date of dispatch of the offer letter.
At present, if all the members of the company agree, the offer for buy-back may remain open for less than 15 days.

It has been decided to permit Multi-lateral and Regional Financial Institutions in which India is a member country to invest in Rupee denominated bonds issued overseas by Indian entities.

NRIs are permitted to access to the exchange traded currency derivatives market for hedging the currency risks arising out of their investments in India under the Foreign Exchange Management Act, 1999 subject to compliance of the terms and conditions prescribed under the said Notification.
It has been decided to delegate further powers to Regional Offices as mentioned in this notification.
